1. Agreement to Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using the services provided by Deploy.is ("the Service"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Strictly Prohibited Content (Zero Tolerance)

We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding illegal and harmful content. Hosting any of the following will result in immediate termination of your account and permanent deletion of all data without warning. In severe cases, we will report the activity to relevant law enforcement authorities.

• Adult Content & Pornography: Any content depicting nudity, sexual acts, erotica, or links to adult websites is strictly forbidden. This includes "NSFW" art, literature, or adult dating affiliate pages.
• Child Exploitation (CSAM): Any material that exploits children is strictly prohibited and will be immediately reported to the NCMEC and local authorities.
• Gambling & Betting: Hosting scripts, landing pages, or links related to online casinos, sports betting, lotteries, poker, or any unregulated gambling activity.
• Hate Speech & Extremism: Content that promotes violence, incites hatred, or discriminates based on race, ethnicity, religion (SARA), disability, gender, age, or sexual orientation.
• Terrorism & Violent Organizations: Propaganda, recruitment, or support for terrorist organizations or violent extremist groups.
• Illegal Goods & Substances: Promotion or sale of illegal drugs, controlled pharmaceuticals, weapons, firearms, explosives, or instructions on how to assemble them.
• Self-Harm: Content that encourages, instructs, or glorifies self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders.

3. Intellectual Property & Copyright

Deploy.is respects the intellectual property rights of others. You may not use our platform to violate copyright laws or infringe upon the rights of third parties.

• Copyright Infringement (DMCA): Hosting or linking to unauthorized copies of software, movies, music, games, or books is prohibited.
• Warez & Cracks: Distributing software cracks, keygens, serial numbers, or pirated applications.
• Trademark Violation: Using logos or branding in a way that misleads visitors into believing you represent a company you do not (Brand Impersonation or Phishing).

4. Security, Privacy & Malicious Activities

You are responsible for ensuring your project does not harm visitors, our infrastructure, or the wider internet ecosystem. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Phishing & Social Engineering: Hosting fake login pages (e.g., fake banking, social media login, or email login forms) intended to steal credentials or personal data.
• Malware Distribution: Uploading viruses, trojans, ransomware, spyware, rootkits, or any malicious code intended to compromise user devices.
• Doxing & Privacy Leaks: Publishing private or confidential information about others without their consent (doxing), including credit card numbers, home addresses, or phone numbers.
• Shells & Exploits: Uploading PHP shells, backdoor scripts, C2 (Command and Control) scripts, or tools used for hacking or exploiting other servers.
• Proxy & VPN Scripts: Using the hosting account as a proxy server, VPN node, or tunneling service to bypass network restrictions.

5. System Abuse & Technical Limitations

Our platform is optimized for static web hosting (HTML, CSS, JS). To ensure stability and speed for all users, you may not abuse system resources or use the platform for unintended purposes.

• Crypto Mining: Using browser-based cryptocurrency miners (e.g., Monero miners) or any background scripts that hijack visitor CPU power without consent.
• Video Hosting & Streaming: You may not use our servers to host video files (MP4, AVI, MKV) or audio files directly. Please embed content from YouTube, Vimeo, or SoundCloud instead to save bandwidth.
• File Storage / Mirroring: Using the account purely as a file repository (cloud storage) for file sharing (ZIP, ISO, RAR, EXE). The content uploaded must be part of a functional, visible webpage.
• DDoS & Stressers: Using the platform to launch or participate in Denial of Service attacks (DDoS) or using "booter" scripts.
• Automated Bots: Hosting scripts that act as bots, crawlers, or scrapers that aggressively access other websites.

6. Spam & Commercial Abuse

We prohibit the use of our free services for abusive commercial practices that degrade the experience for legitimate users.

• Spam: Hosting landing pages for spam emails, redirecting traffic to spam sites, or creating "Black Hat" SEO doorway pages.
• Scams & Fraud: Hosting "Get Rich Quick" schemes, Pyramid schemes, Ponzi schemes, HYIP (High Yield Investment Programs), or fake charity solicitations.
• Link Farms: Creating sites solely for the purpose of generating backlinks to other websites without providing unique value.

7. Termination & Disclaimer

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

Disclaimer of Warranties: The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Deploy.is makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, stability, or availability of the hosting service. We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from service outages, maintenance, or account suspensions due to policy violations.
